|  Brandon Vera vs Frank Mir
i was always iffy about vera but he handed it to mir tonight..i knew that once mir clinched with him he was going to eat some big knees..i also wish they woulda gave vera a mic after sylvia called him out when he came into the ring

I was really hoping Mir would make a triumphant return...but shit Vera looked good...I guess he really is the real deal

I really really was hoping for Mir to be smart and got for the ground...but he was really silly and didn't respect Vera stand up...
Who knows the old Mir may not be able to beat this Vera.

i dont really think the old mir could beat vera, one could say the old mir is long gone but you cant really say that because vera is a great fighter so that question will have to be answered down the line

i think Vera has all the tools to beat Sylvia! i hope they fight cuz i think Vera can rock him with some stand up. Vera is super quick and athletic. ill bet he tears Sylvia down with leg kicks and then KO's him for the first time in his career. way to go Vera!

i think mir looked really good, he just got outclassed. vera's the next heavyweight champ. this is usually the time i'd say how much tim sucks but tonight i got some respect for tim, especially his ground game which seemed non-existant before and now looks quite sound.

I want to see Vera get his hands on that cocky sob... He went threw Mir like it was a warm up. Syliva looked like a wussy just standing there scared to go to the ground then did a fat boy roll... OMG im 6,3 and i would get inside on that tall Oger... Vera's ground game is better than anyone at HW in the UFC and his Stand up is Great. I would love to watch him really just tare Tim a new ass. I mean he beat Mir like he was a little bitch... Tim saying he would beat his ass OMG. Sign it up so we can finish dismantling the Miletich Camp... I really want to see the ufc sign Alexander E. cause that would be a great test for vera cause i honestly think he would hand anyone in the world their ass. and could be the first to beat fedor since his last loss.
