Until Frank proves he's still among the best in today's advanced level of MMA fighters, I'd have to assume Tito is too big and too strong, and educated this time, and would bore out a decision win.

Actually....

I would be kind of interested to see how Ken Shamrock vs. Royce Gracie would pan out at this stage in their respective careers.

Other than that-

Penn-Hughes
Franklin-Lyoto
Liddell- Rampage
Coleman- Shogun (though Wanderlei Silva at this point would be even better than Shogun)
Bonnar- Jardine (assuming Jardine doesn't get screwed again)
Bonnar- Griffin
