Just watched the fight again. Hehe, Fedor definitely owned the 1st round. If it wasn't for the blood, no one would have been claiming this fight was even close. Rogers's size made him look more competative than he supposedly was some people's eyes.

The fight was not stopped early! Are you serious..really? C'mon.. Sure he had a hand up, but he was OUT of it. Did you see how long he was on his back on the mat after he...well, got knocked out?!?

Basically, the blood made people think the fight was closer than it was. Good effort/good fight on Rogers's part. But Fedor dominated once again! Sorry to who want to disagree, but Come on...........

---oh yeah, that was piss poor on Rogers's corner and he himself disputing stoppage and saying how if he was more aggressive he would have won. If he through his hands more, he would have gotten knocked out earlier! Again, Come on! Be happy with that performance. You put up a good fight even though you got dominated, but it was Fedor...nothing to be ashamed of. Get back to the gym and keep working. No more denial!

The rules say you have to INTELLIGENTLY defend yourself, covering and doing nothing in a fetal position IS NOT INTELLIGENTLY defending yourself, If Rogers thinks he's INTELLIGENTLY defending himself he should have move and got up, kick Fedor to keep him away from him or threw some submissions or something..

Dana was also calling them crazy russians or something like that, perhaps we are going to see another cold war. I´ll pick the chubby russian to win that too by first round stoppage.
