There is also a strong rumor that the UFC has banned RVCA after they sponsored Fedor and appeared on the CBS Strikeforce card as well, though the brand has close ties with BJ Penn, so it would definitely be an interesting scenario if the rumor is true.

More pathetic UFC moves to eliminate companies who don't sponsor fighters they have on their roster (or sponsor fighters they can't get). Tow the line or get out. EGO!!!

Don't know what to make of this but it does seem quite petty. Also, I don't see how they're taking money out of fighters pockets if none of the current UFC roster is sponsored by Clinch Gear. Tap Out also sponsors B.J. Penn and I think something will be worked out with RVCA. Hopefully, anyway. But yeah, petty indeed.

If none of the current ufc roster is sponsored by Clinch Gear they they still took away a potential sponsor. Petty I know... but still. The majority of the fighters don't get paid nearly as much as they should.

This is getting ridiculous at this point. Being a shrewd no non sense business owner isn't the issue, taking money from fighters pockets who aren't main eventing PPV's is another.
