They just announced UFC 113 in Montreal for May 1st. I hope we don't have to wait that long to see this fight. UFC 108, on Jan. 2nd, still only has 4 fights on the main card, and none are title bouts, however that is probably not enough notice for the fighters.

UFC 109, on Feb 6th, already has Silva/Belfort on the card. UFC 110 makes the most sense to me. It takes place on Feb. 21st, a full 3 months for the fighters to prepare, and there's no title fight on the card.

What do you guys think?

They need to hurry up, he says isn't going to struggle to make weight and he's starting to have a hard time. There's only a couple of fights that I would like to see at 170 before his metabolism slows. 110 would be the best fit for everyone, but he may want to hold off and fight at home. I guess we'll have to see if the TUF rumors are true, and if they do it.
Basically I have no idea.

march needs a main event i believe they got one event in ireland and another in the us for ppv... everyone seems to be tied up but cain/carwin if it goes down,
but i wouldnt mind it being the co main event for the montreal show...

I think thats the main question, when is GSP gonna be heathy? That maybe why they are talking about doing TUF, to give him even more time to rehab the injury.

The plan from the start seems to have been for UFC 109 on Feb 6th, Super Bowl weekend. I still think Anderson fighting is tentative, at best. If GSP is ready for that date, I think that is when the UFC would hope to have him fight.

I think they really want GSP to fight in Vegas, as opposed to Australia. Although, as we've learnt recently, things don't always work out as the UFC plans.

NO WAY!!! They already said they would NOT be the coaches.113 in montreal has already been announced for the MACHIDA/SHOGUN rematch. Do you really think the ufc would waste 2 titles on one card? No way. GSP always gets a shitload of time between fights also, he probably is going to wait 6 weeks untill after hardys last fight to even start his 6-8 week camp.
