It's rather disappointing that some still have to cling to make remarks about his tattoo as a point of hatred. The back story is there and it's clearly a sword... but hey, if some are seeing a penis I guess that's what they want to see.
But on the topic... I think this is a case where Dana is being the promoter that he is and exaggerating things for the most part. Whether or not it affected Brock's last performances is something we will likely won't know. But by the same token, as has been mentioned, we will not know (if his general ability will increase) until these medical issues pass by and he attempts to get back into the game.
Here is hoping he pulls through.
