The man at the beginning at the video says Anderson is still recuping for his elbow injury but he just can't stay away from training and came down to train those guys.

Damn and i thought Anderson was a beast... check out the old guy!
The black thing he is holding up that looks like a cross he is calling it Zulu... some of u might remember zuluzinho back in pride lol.

Weird how only 1 of those guys can get into a slow moving skipping rope; an ability that small girls everywhere take for granted; shit I've seen them get into 2 moving ropes.

did u watch the rest of the video? its a practice. sort of shadow boxing and kickboxing with the other opponent but trying to grab the glove.

lol thought the same when i read his comment, thought it was pretty obvious to anyone who watched the rest of the video.
was funny to hear the music first start all tough, then them all failing jumping rope, i thought is this for real, but all in all, was a gr8 watch, tough training, and the guy anderson was sparring with at the end, i thought looked alright throughout, but jeeze anderson is the man, lol
