Does anyone remember a fighter named Bart Vale,??

I remember seeing him fight in a couple of old PPV, I believe it was extreme fighting. Fight Finder doesn't seem to list one of them but I have it on tape, he fought a Hawian kid, almost killed the kid it was brutal. Bart's claim to fame was that he knocked out Ken Shamrock but I could never find proof of this. Was wondering if anyone had any additional info.
