The UFC wont go broke trying to do this. THey keep lawyers on retainer. Their just putting them to work now. Streaming has been around for so long, its just expected. The UFC dosent lose any money. Because the people who watch it for free, arent willing to pay for it then, and they wont after. If it wasnt worth the money in the first place, just because they cant watch it for free, will not force them to pay. They will just download the fights, or see repeats, etc etc.

Happy to pay - if he lowers prices like the music industry did then it would be difficult to justufy watching a patchy stream that disappears every few minutes.

When the economy was doing well, I was ordering just about every PPV. Now that my income has been cut by 33%, I am only ordering very selectively. If they lowered the cost, perhaps I'd make the stretch and buy a few more.

I like the idea of something like an annual subscription at a reduced rate. I'd probably do something like that.

They can do whatever they want, unless I see real results and serious risks I will continue to watch the PPVs for free.
