You're right, it's fucking ridiculous. The government truly could give a fuck less about justice. Hate to compare the crimes but Rampage and Plaxico Burress.. Burress shoots himself.. gets two years. Rampage runs from cops and hits a woman and her baby dies.. Gets 3 years of probation. Justice is America.

I guess you can't say Rampage killed her baby but I mean come on. I doubt it was a coincidence. Does the killing the baby thing matter in this case? Didn't he (zuffa) pay her off?

WTF does this even mean? That Rampage who makes 200k a fight is bigger than an NFL star on a superbowl winning team who makes 5m+ a year I am guessing. Are you insane?

Do you think maybe the cases were different and you don't know anything about the case besides reading a 2 paragraph article on MMAJUNKIE which you read the first 2 sentences for and then hit the back arrow?

Never compared their money you fuckstick. I was comparing their sentences. Do you think what Plax did should give him 3 years??? Do you think what Rampages ass did deserved 3 years of probation?? I get the point your making, but it's kind of apples and oranges. Plax got busted for carrying an unregistered firearm, which is a HUGE nono in NYC. And I believe he was on probabtion at the time too. Thats why he got hammered. Sure 'Page's rampage (yea I went there) probably caused that chick to loose her kid (conflicting reports on that, I believe it had something to do with it but I'm no Dr.) but unfortunatly, Cali doesn't recognize an unborn fetus as a person, so its not manslaughter. So all he got was evading the cops, etc, which his lawyer got pleaded down to a misdominar. Thats what big time lawyers are for.
Everybody complains when a rich person gets off with a slap on the wrist, and it does suck. But they have money, and can afford big time lawyers that are better then lawyers that the rest of us can afford. If I went all crazy like that and I was rich, your damn right I'ld be retaining the best lawyer I could afford to keep my chocolate cherry intact. If this angers you it's capitalism that you should be mad at, not the justice system in this instance. Don't like it, move to Cuba or North Korea where everyone is pretty much equal financially.
