You can officially cross legal issues off the list of things that may keep “Rampage” Jackson from returning to the UFC, at least for now. An Orange County judge struck down his felony conviction for evading police and - get this - congratulated him for a job well done successfully completing 200 hours of community service in penance for misdemeanor reckless driving. Just goes to show you that a wild chase that ends with police drawing their guns on you and ordering you to the pavement can still end with an ‘atta boy’ from a judge, as long as you carry it the right way.

‘Page vowed to stay out of trouble from now on, telling the OC Register, “I don’t see myself doing anything crazy again…I want to be a positive role model.” Jackson’s lawyer said his community service consisted of seminars with young people and Marines, and he did more than the amount required by the court.

The mohawk gave Jackson the rare chance to use his court appearance to plug his upcoming "A-Team" movie, saying he had to keep rocking it since filming is still ongoing, adding “it's going to be a great movie, (especially) for fans of the TV series.” That is, except for those fans of the TV series who will inevitably feel that their happy childhood memories have been brutally raped

He's still got worry's he'll be watched any most anything he does is noticed,photographed, or videoed. He'll screw up and be in trouble again, either a cast party or a after fight party.

Poor Page is gonna lose to Rashad, and most likely they're gonna want to stand and bang with each other and I see him loseing by KO or at least a lop sided UD.. but at least he has his "movie career" to go back on... I used to like you rampage, what happened?

While this may seem a bit whiney, and may piss off a few people, I have to question how many non-celebrity/average people would get the same sort of result after an incident like this.

One thing he did that saved his butt. People stepped in for him, coached him on what to do and how to act and he did it. Yes you or me would probely be looking out while waiting on an out come.

Further proof that the justice system is not consistent or fair. Favors the rich and shits on the middle and poor. But hey, at least we'll get to see Rampage and Rashaad fight!

I honestly wonder how many "average Joes" could do the identical, INSANE things Rampage did and get probation out of it, I'm not surprised, but a little sickened with the lack of justice considering how wreckless and violent he got. Lost any respect I had for him after that and his actions since then have done nothing if not reaffirm them....

trying to rack in on the situation , ive seen a lot of low lifes
like that,theres a lot worse thats happened that nobody
and i mean NOBODY gives a fuck for , the 9/11 commision needs
to be reoopened where countless lives were lost ,
we've got gas guzzles polluting the air etc etc..
