| Gray Maynard defeats Nate Diaz via Split Decision
Evan Dunham defeats Efrain Escudero via Submission (Arm Bar) Round 3
Aaron Simpson defeats Tom Lawlor via Split Decision
Amir Sadollah defeats Brad Blackburn via Unanimous Decision
Chris Leben defeats Jay Silva via unanimous decision
Rick Story defeats Jesse Lennox via unanimous decision
Rory MacDonald defeats Mike Guymon via submission (armbar) in round one Nik Lentz vs. Thiago Tavares ruled a majority draw after three rounds
Rafael dos Anjos defeats Kyle Bradley via unanimous decision
Gerald Harris defeats John Salter via technical knockout (strikes) in round three
Nick Catone defeats Jesse Forbes via split decision
I was looking at the fight results and I noticed there actually was a draw on the undercard. Now I don't know how to watch undercard fights anymore since the hymn site I used has been shut down. But perhaps someone who has access to these fights could tell us how the Lentz Tavares fight looked.... how did it compare to the simpson lawlor fight which many people think should have been a draw?????

The thing I find funny is that during the 3rd round Rogan said the first round could conceivably be a 10-8 round, and I thought Rogan was an idiot for saying it was just conceivable, not certain. Then none of the judges thought it was a 10-8 round which was shocking.
Also, Mr Gummy, the Tavares/Lentz fight was pretty clearly a UD for Tavares but he lost a point for a groin shot, so there were no 10-10 or 10-8 rounds.

I imagine a 10-7 would look something like what GSP did to Penn in rounds 3 and 4 in the the rematch.

Sanchez vs Guida - Round 1 was the definition of a 10-8 round for me.

This is just off the top of my head and I have nothing to substantiate it, but it seems to me like judges are a lot more generous with 10-8 rounds in 5 round fights. The only reason I can see for this is because it means the other fighter still has a chance to come back, and there is less chance of a draw.
I think there should be a lot more 10-10 rounds and a lot more 10-8 rounds. Then again, that would just add even MORE subjectivity to judging, which would probably cause even more crazy scores than we see now.
At this point I'm not surprised by any scores.

It was 10-9 IMO and i think Guida won the entire fight. But thats just my opinion, feel free to dispute it. The Lawlor Simpson fight was a great fight but I though Lawlor had it, or it was at least a draw. The first round was just not a 10-9 by any chance. Simpson was completely dominated and rocked.

IMO Fedor vs Coleman II in the first round was a 10-8. I know that it was in Pride and the rules in pride were different, but anyway, Fedor dominated that round. Also for me Fedor vs Herring and Fedor vs Kohsaka II was 10-8 for Fedor.
