I use to do steroids around 7 years ago, just got back on em. Steroids are only good if you use with weight training. In no way do I recommend this drug, it shrinks your manhood and makes your testies hurt from time to time....'PIZ'

Even in bodybuilding i say no to roid be natural.

Somebody jump in here, but even though they don't normally do it, can't a governing body or athletic commission call for a drop at any time after a fighter is licensed, sanctioned, and scheduled to fight. I do know it is mandatory an hour before the fight. At the least, the local athletic commission can deny a license based on the show and then require him to drop at intervals to maintain his license.

i disagree, if a fighter is good, an org will sign him. dana has stated time and time again, the ufc does not have anything to do with drug testing or drug policies. he leaves it up to the state athletic commisions to write and enforce their policies.
i personally think the ufc's stance is not very responsable and if they really want to build the sport into the mainstream they need to uphold their athletes to the same standards that other pro and international athletes are held to.

I hear you Beatts, but do you think UFC would risk the bad pub involved with hiring an admitted steroid junkie? Come on, man. They get enough crap about violence and image the way it is. The only way for them to gain more mainstream acceptance is to market a "clean" product that portrays their fighters as good guys who have a violent job. That's why guys like Couture, Hughes and Rich Franklin get such a push. Good old hard working American nice guys. Watch the TUF show and watch what they key in on. Guys missing their kids and high school hijinks. That's the image they want.

Weird | I think you have a point there.
