not to stick up for him cause i'm sure he does use weights.
But Carlos Newton says he has never weight trained either, he says he only does dips,crunches,pull ups,pushups and stuff like that and he's in top shape too.
Just maybe he stoped weights training and does this too, would probably increase speed and power, and keep bulk down.
Just a theory, dodgy video, i've seen guys like this, they don't do weights either, too busy w@@king looking in the mirror.
