I am not talking about myself as I have more determination and willpower than the average person due to the circumstances I face everyday. I was born with a physical disability that confines me to a wheelchair, but I'm not saying this for anybody to feel sorry for me because I'm proud of who I am and what kind of person I was raised to become. What I was trying to portray in my message was that Kimbo is a popular fighter because it brings in a different demographic that the UFC generates from and that is the African-American community. Once again, not to sound racially biased, but you really think 5 million viewers that watched that episode of the ultimate fighter were all of the Caucasian and Asian preference? I certainly do not think so as I can bet at least one million of the viewers were African-American. This means that the sport grows and therefore Dana makes more money.

He did hedge his bets a little when hyping Kimbo by emphasizing that he is "a fighter", but that is little more than a different way of saying "he tries hard". I would have much less respect for Dana if he said "These guys both suck, so let's watch and see who sucks less today". He is a promoter, after all.

Now you could criticize Dana for giving Kimbo fights after TUF, but most people find Kimbo fights interesting for the moment, so why not?

Please don't take this the wrong way, it's just that I feel the need to tell you that your name isn't bolded, you don't have nearly 8000 posts, and you are not humper. LOL that video was great. So funny how much they hyped Kimbo at the end of almost every TUF show. I gotta admit though it kept me hyped up when it was all happening lol. The end of the video with the Kimbo vs Houston fight and comparing it to a merry go round was priceless though lol. What can ya say though. As much as DW contradicts himself, who's pulling in the big bucks at the end of the day, DW. Who gives the fans what we want to see a higher percentage of the time, DW. I can't complain.

Most definitely and he would have been foolish to pass up a lucrative opportunity and risk Strikeforce acquring Kimbo.

He better continue doing like Vince McManhon and fully practice ruthless aggression if he wants UFC to stay ahead of the competition. Any fighter that can clearly put asses in seats is fair game imo.

When you have competition you have change your way of thinking even if that means getting your hands dirty.

Maybe he was comparing your President's ability to run an economy and set up a health care plan to Kimbo's ground game (although I would trade you Harper for Obama any day).
