If youre going to be a fighter then be a fighter and fight opponents that present a challenge. They made King Mo step up in competition and rumor is hes fighting Mousasi next according to his backstage interview. Lashley needs to step it up.. period.
Its time to see how good Lashley really is so he can shutup his critics. If he loses like Lesnar did then so be it. |
Listen if Wes Sims didn't come to fight that is on Wes Sims, i have no idea how you make that Lashelys fault.
Just about anybody who steps into that cage can present a challenge, yes Wes isn't the greatest but neither is lashely, he is not Lesnar or King Mo. King Mo is a special case like Lesnar but i doubt he will be as succesful as Lesnar but only time will tell. Lashely doesn't need to shut up the same critics that were trashing Lesnar for doing what they want Lashely to do. Lashely needs to improve get better climb the latter with his skills not his name so much. That doesn't mean that he only fights cans, it just means that he has to fight guys that are on or around his level not people that are so far above him. Lashely should be fighting like Whitehead or i agree to put him against Brett, that would be fine as well. So does Lashely need to step it up yes you are right on that RoadDawg, but against top tier level fighters no. Lashelys level improved so now he has to fight fighters around his new level, prove himself there ect.
King Mo if he does fight Gegard i think you will see why it is good to build up and not jump right into it. I think King Mo and Lashely would be more interesting then Gegard destroying him.
