he Daily Telegraph talks to Mike Bisping:

"Stylistically, the fight may be similar to the one I had with Chris Leben in October 2008. Leben was a tough, aggressive guy with some highlight reel knockouts on his record and he really brought the fight to me. He also throws similarly wild and looping punches to Wanderlei. I had to use my speed and straighter punches to beat Leben and the same thing may come into play with Wanderlei. I’d say Wanderlei is a bit quicker and more explosive than Leben overall. Obviously the game plans won’t be the same, but in terms of style there are definite similarities between the two of them. I’m not going to fight Wanderlei the way I did Leben, but I may draw on my fight with Leben to help me beat Wanderlei. Whichever way I have to fight, the end result will be the same �" my arm will be raised!"

Wandy's probably twice as fast as Leben IMO.

Valid point, they are similair. Similair in the same way that a killer whale and a dolphin are similiar.

I'm not even going to make a comment, I'll let Bisping's performance against Wanderlei Leban do the talking, because if he walks into a fight against Wand like he did against Leban.....LOL.

If I were Bisping, I would never mention the Leben fight again. Even though he got the win, that fight made him look so weak. Leben was sticking his head out allowing Bis to hit him, to no effect whatsoever.

I can easily see Wandy getting a knockout.

The sad thing right now is, I would not be surprised to see Bisping beat Wandy at this point in his career. It would be a very sad day to see that happen, but right now Bisping might be the better fighter.

I like Bisping but I gotta go with Wandy on this one.
If Bisping gets caught up in an exchange with him it could be lights out like James Toney woop woop.

Bisping needs to study the Rich Franklin fight.
- he needs to circle away from Wandys power
- avoid getting caught up in exchanges
- try to use his size advantage to keep Wandy at bay with effective snap jabs.
- avoid Wandy's MT clinches
- go for takedowns so his punches are less effective

If hes able to pull it off I cant see him winning any other way than by decision.

With Wandy being my favorite fighter and Bisping my least favorite, I hate to say your probably right. It wouldn't surprise anyone if Wandy KO's him, but everyone is overlooking Bisping outpointing him. I bet a lot of money on Wandy and i"m a little bit nervous. Also on the mmanews.com main page it said Bisping was knocking people out in sparring... How legit do you guys think that is?

Yea, I'm worried Wandy will lose too. This fight is going to show where Wandy is at in his career for sure.
