Tito made a statement by finishing Shamrock essentially the same way in their second bout however substituted punches for elbows to keep things interesting. I predict Chuck will answer this by finishing Tito the same way he did in the first except instead of poking Chuck in the eye, he'll administer a flying boner strike the eye before knocking him out. It'll play on highlight reels for years to come.

Although the thread is inherently biased, it's fun, and yeah Rampage said Chuck does do eye pokes.
But....so do many MMA fighters, whether it's intentional or not that's another issue.
