M-1 Global is the reason why 25 million people watched Fedor fight on the last CBS card. That number wouldn't be nearly as close if Stikeforce took on that event alone, even with fedor on the card. Although I don't agree with their practices, they are just trying to make as much money as possible.

He is a great friend of Vadim Finkelshit, Vadim is his manager.
Years ago Fedor had another manager but was an asshole or something like that so Vadim helped Fedor. Fedor is very thankful to Vadim for that.
Fedor owns a small part of M-1.

other than letting fedor fight what did they really do??? i saw less promoting from them than i did from strikeforce

After all the shit that M1's been pulling renegotiating contracts after one fight and just their general basic business practices, I think Dana's sitting in his money pool giggling himself silly right now. Because as much of a massive Fedor fan as I am, I hate the way he and M1 do business and feel he's robbing his potential and his fans the way he's dealt with alot of things since he left PRIDE and I honestly would've hated begging Dana like we all have for years to sign Fedor, have Fedor murder Lesnar(UFC's biggest draw), win their HW title and then hold out for a year if not more.

Strikeforce knew what they were getting when they signed Fedor and they're lucky they got one fight out of him. At this point, it sounds like they're not all too interested in fighting Werdum and I see a shitload of stalling and doubletalk before we see Fedor fight again. IMO, I think we'll see him in Japan before Strikeforce again.

M-1 will sink Strikeforce, but they wont do it alone. Hendo, AA, Fedor, Diaz, and Shields are not enough to carry SF. Once Gegard finishes his contract I guarantee the UFC picks him up. Hendo isnt getting the money that he really wanted, and is doing this to prove a point to Dana, and will be back in the UFC. Diaz is unreliable and says he is looking for big fights but he has no one to fight that he isnt dodging. AA is good, but if he comes back in top form, well he left the UFC on very good terms. As for Fedor, his price tag grows and grows every time he fights, and SF isnt making enough money to keep him happy for long.
