and no I do not think that the UFC HW division is the end all and be all. First of, I do not and will not consider Mir GREAT, by any stretch judging by his losses. Second, Cain and Shane are the only ones who remain unbeaten in the division and if they go on to REIGN in the HW division then obviously i'd love to see Fedor test himself against them.
BUUUUT, like I already said there's always someone in the UFC who is hailed as the man to beat Fedor, yada yada, and the name always changes because that perticular guy loses.
First, we need to focus on the task at hand for Fedor and that's finishing up his SF contract, hopefully cleaning out their division (not so deep) and then managing to figure out a contract with the UFC. But, I do not believe there will one.

You have to at least respect Mir for continuing to work on his craft and trying to become a better fighter.
.....So in your opinion the UFC HW division is not the end all be all ?.....so who is better Sengoku ?....SF ? or Dream ?

I'm a huge Fedor fan, but seeing his management mess around with SF is tiresome. He was signed as their #1 draw, and by causing so much difficulty they are really hurting a promotion that is being built up into a quality #2 promotion in the US. Not only is SF showcasing a lot of good American fighters, the co-promotion with Dream is awesome, it would be really sad to see it fail because Fedor skipped a CBS card for unknown reasons.

This would have a little more impact for me if
a) Randy himself didn't just ask for James Toney, and
b) Fedor hasn't faced better HWs than Randy has in the last 3 years.
Sorry Randy, your street credibility is overdrawn. Quote:

Unless there's a strong case of a fighter to fight Fedor this is all nonsense that was said before over and over again. If Brock manages to clear out the HW division in the UFC then I'll be on board to get that fight going. Quote:

The majority of them have one win over a top 10 fighter--at best--the last few years or, at worst--in either their entire career. I'm not saying they suck, by any means. I'm simply saying that a single loss for any of them can play hell with the "stronghold on the HW division" the UFC currently boasts.
