...for the record, he didn't get banned for having an unpopular opinion, or even for being a low-grade troll. I banned him because I'm sick of fixing his goddamn double posts because he's too lazy to use the edit button, in addition to the lack of quality of his posts. I'd given him a little three-day ban for it in the past, then Ramma gave him a vacation for trolling, and he came right back and did everything we told him not to do.
So to sum up, you're free to have unpopular opinions--God knows I certainly do--but please try to couch them in well-formatted posts and contribute more than just some reactionary contrariness, and you'll probably be fine.
