This might get moved but just wanted to see if any body have any advice for me on my debut. I been around this forum awhile tho this is a different name then what i had i forgot my p/w for jardinewinstko, i read alot from alot of you guys and just figured id see if i could get any pointers and advice, i am pretty nervous about it but its something ive always wanted to get in to and now i am. Any advice would be great guys thanks. fellers wish me luck

I'm no expert but I'd say watch lots of instructional videos and do a lot of sparring.

what kind of training do you do and what skills do you posess?

- Also keep your eyes open!! I've seen a lot of people at the local shows here close their eyes and look away when they see those hits coming! The punch that KO's you is usually the one you don't see.

i been doing wrestling since high school, and been doing jj for the last like 3 years or so. i been training my ass off for like the last 2 months since i got the fight signed, my game plan is to get the guy down and pound him out or sub him, i dont wanna play on the feet in my 1st fight. im not taking any chances, though i have never been ko'ed in training or anything like that and i do got pretty big power but not gonna play that game. thanx for tips boys imma gunna just have some fun.

Don't go balls out in the first 2 minutes. Fight your fight and control the pace. Protect the family jewels.

good luck dude, I hope for the best. Obviosuly let us know how it goes haha. I have nothing really helpful to say cause i'm not a fighter, but don't let your hands drop and take it to the ground if thats your forte.
