Former Strikeforce and UFC Middleweight Champion discussed various stages of his career, including the relationship with his stepbrother Ken Shamrock and the influence of Bob Shamrock's death on his career.

Frank Shamrock also revealed in the interview (3:50 minute mark) that he will fight at the Strikeforce's May event (probably against Pat Miletich). Thirty-seven year old Shamrock lost two of his last fights and will certainly look to make a statement that despite his age he is still a relevant Mixed Martial Artist.

"The Legend" holds a Mixed Martial Arts record of 23 wins and 10 losses, with a famous victory over Tito Ortiz at UFC 22, eleven years ago. Strikeforce 24 is scheduled to take place on May 15 in St. Louis, Missouri at the Scottrade Center, and will be aired live on the Showtime channel.

I just dont know about he ethier Shamrock anymore...

I think most people has lost intrest in them. Just my thoughts

Frank was at one time, one of the greatest fighters on the planet, but I cannot take him seriously anymore and have less than zero interest in seeing him fight somebody as passed it, as Miletich is. Somewhere along the lines Frank lost his cred and I think he's lost alot of what he once had.
