I've also been training with some friends for not too long and I have a long way to go before I could fight with any success. Unfortunatly I don't have any decent gyms within an hour of me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Kickboxing for a year and a half. Did some boxing, muay thai and jiu jitsu. Right now im trying to lose weight and am doing yoga. A friend from work is gona turn his garage into a mini fight gym.
a lot times me and my friends will get together and have our own little mma matches.We use the same rules as the UFC only difference is we don't allow strikes of any sorts to the head.It's pretty fun and no one usually gets hurt.Other than that I have no real training in martial arts.
