| Your top 5 favorite fights that went to a decision?
As the title says.
Me and my buddy we're having this debate, He says he hates watching old PPVs because he has to skip the matches that go to decision, He says he hates decisions because their "boring". I myself don't care as long as its exciting. It can be a complete one-sided beatdown ala Randy/Tim, or a very close match up such as Griffin/Bonnar 1. If it's exciting, I'm down to watch again.
So without further adue, here's my top 5 favorite fights that went to a decision.
5.Diego Sanchez/Clay Guida - The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale
Crazy fight. The first 30secs of that fight will be imprinted in my brain forever. Great example of the "mixed" in MMA. This fight had everything from Takedowns, Scrambles, Transitions, Sub attempts and escapes, Rockem Sockem brawl style boxing, High-Kick Knockdowns and more. As I said, Crazy fight. Sanchez wins by Decision
4.Tyson Griffin/Clay Guida - UFC 72
Another great fight packed with intense amounts of Takedowns, Scrambles, Transitions and Subs. A great ground fight to show someone who thinks that ground fighting is boring. Griffin has said this is the only fight in his career that he's been exhausted after. Griffin wins by Decision 3. Tyson Griffin/Frankie Edgar - UFC 67
They sure weren't giving Frankie Edgar an easy debut when he fought Tyson Griffin at UFC 67. Griffin was riding a 8 fight winning streak and was sitting undefeated, finishing big names like Urijah Faber and Duane bang Ludwig. The fight was 15 minutes of non stop action and one of the closes fights I've ever seen. With one minute left in the last round Griffin lands a DEEP kneebar in a scramble, it looks bad. Edgar stays composed and pounds away at Griffin ribs until to bell rings. Edgar wins by decision in a awsome fight. 2. GSP/Penn 1 - UFC 58
In the first Canada vs USA card the UFC didn't disappoint, it produce one of the greatest WW fights, and one of the greatest fights that went to a decision. The first round saw BJ Penn look absolutely flawless, stuffing takedowns, finding his range and busting up GSP real good, with grazing shots none-the-less, Penn won the round 10-9 easily. Round 2 and 3 were different stories. As Penn started to slow down, the french Canadian did not, doing better in the stand up, landing BIG slams, relentless takedowns combined with GnP. A great fight that was arguably the turning point in GSP's career. GSP wins by Decision 1. How could it not be Chuck/Wandy at UFC 79?
Arguably the greatest fight of all time. Chuck Liddell being the greatest LHW in the UFC and Wanderlei being the reigning king of Pride set up the biggest LHW fight in MMA history to cement the G.O.A.T in arguably the most exciting MMA division, and it did not disappoint. The two warriors slugged it out in an absolutely ridiculous war. The fight saw moments of Chuck Liddell getting rocked and going down, and moments of Wanderlei's head snapping back in a very awkward motion. Filled with punches in bunches and hooks from hell, this fight was badass. Chuck wins by Decision.
Whats yours?

Shogun/Lil nog was awsome
Nog/Randy was a great fight
I dont know how I forgot CC/Fedor
Hendo/Page was a good fight
And Lytle/Davis was deffinatley entertaining.
Sakuraba/Royce cold have been broken down to 18 5 minute rounds lol 3 and a half UFC title fights
Not a big fan of Forrest/Rampage myself, dunno why. Its one of my buddys favourite fights because he's a huuuuge Forrest fan and I argue with him all the time about it lol

Alvarez/Hansen: Great fight that kind of introduced Eddie to alot of the world.
Li Nog/Shogun: No explaination since it seems to be almost a consensus on here.
Diaz/Parysian: Incredible fight on the ground, both pacewise and technique wise.
Cerrone/Henderson: Just to have some recent content in here.
St. Pierre/Fitch: Mostly just because it really defined both guys as fighters and they have been 2 of my favorite fighters for a long time.
