I'd like to see him fight Nog. Nog hasnt had a meaning fight in 3 years. This would be huge for whoever wins. I also wouldn't put a Soko style mauling past Bones because he's very fast and athletic but Nog should win.

i took thaigo just based on availablity. nog and forrest already have a match. and the losers of the title fight and #1 contender fight (i guess that whats rampage rashad is) might not be available.

just thinking. if franklin couture is really one....and tito really does pull out.....then you could have forrest vs jones nog vs chuck or better yet forrest vs chuck (high ratings) and put jones vs nog as the co main

Forrest looks like damaged goods to me.

He seems to get insta-wobbled by every shot to the head lately, and was positively embarrassed by A.S.

I say this with the best intentions: I honestly fear for Griffin's safety/health against a fighter like Jones.

True but 1) You have to take into account who Forrest fought, it's not like Silva's some bum with no power. Anderson does that to everyone who decides to stand with even people with supposed granite chins (Leben). So to hold that against is a little ridiculous. 2)Forrest Griffin above all is..........a name, and that is what you need when trying to market your promising fighters. I'm pretty sure the UFC has noticed that Jones is pretty much the future of that division and Forrest is a fighter with a big name that he will most likely beat so I wouldn't be surprised if the UFC makes that fight happen win or lose against Lil Nog.

Like I've already said though I'd personally like to see Jones against somebody where he would def. be the underdog and I think the Nog/Jones matchup is just that.

Sure, A.S. has power in his hands. But look at the shots that sent Forrest to the canvas- not to mention the jab that finished him.

He needs a good long break to get his noggin sorted. There's no shame in it- consider Shane Mosely...

This is tough, cause we really still do not know much about Jones and throwing him in the deep end too soon could hurt him. At the same time, he has ran right over everyone so maybe it is time to throw him in the deep end. Jardine would be a good fight for him and as the true gatekeeper of the LHW division will show if Jones is legit.

But if you really want to throw him in the deep end, throw him in there with Thiago Silva, then we will see if Jones will sink or swim in the division. Personally I think Thiago would beat Jones at this point, maybe even dominate him but who knows.

UFC isn't boxing. They don't have 32 weaklings to feed him before they think he's at the peak of his marketability. In this game, you fight 5-6 fighters and then fight the best available competition. Bring on Jon Jones vs Noguira.
