Shane Carwin vs. Brock Lesnar
GSP vs. Paul Daley if he beats Koscheck or Jake Shields if Daley loses
Dan Hardy vs. Ben Saunders - Fun fight that determines who's a contender and who's a pretender.
Frank Mir vs. Gabriel Gonzaga - I love this fight. Tons of action between two BJJ black belts with heavy hands that both need a win badly. Wherever this fight goes it'll be entertaining.
John Fitch vs. Thiago Alves - This rematch needs to happen.
Ricardo Almeida vs. Mike Swick - Almeida has yet to prove he can defeat an elite striker as he struggled against Cote. If he can defeat Swick he may be a contender at 170.
Rusimar Palhares vs. Nate Marquardt - Let's see how good Palhares really is. Nate needs a win to get back into contention, and Palhares needs to prove he can beat the division's elite.
Kurt Pellegrino vs. Gomi/Florian Loser
Jim Miller vs. Joe Stevenson
Matt Brown vs. Marcus Davis - Action packed fight of the night contender right here.
Bocek vs. Melvin Guillard
Nate Diaz vs. Matt Hughes - If Hughes beats down Renzo like we all expect him to, someone has to defend the Gracie's honor and it may as well be Nate as he trains under Cesar. Hughes-Diaz would be a pretty awesome fight with a lot of hype. Who wouldn't want to see this?

Shields has even less chance against GSP than Hardy had (puncher's chance), because his stand-up totally sucks - In order to win he would have to take GSP down... he will not be able to do this.

Cains earned a shot, and what if Carwin gets hurt before the Lesnar fight. Also with that it makes the HW div finally have some competive matches lined up. Cain gets his shot with no loses on his record makes it easier to hype it up. JDS if all goes well he'll be ready for his after that. I do agree it would be a great fight with Cain & JDS. With the UFC trying to put on more matches a year they need to be carefull on scheduling fighters to avoid lackluster events.

Almeida/Fitch would be great. Diaz had an awesome fight, I think him fighting Alves would be really nice, if Alves recovers from his current condition.

I know and agree.I just dont see Cain as more of a number one, next guy than JDS. I think JDS and Cain (with out them fighting are equal), JDS deserves a shot as much as Cain IMO
