Chuck Vs. Tito 1 was the fight that got me hooked on MMA, so I have a soft spot for the third match. When I first heard the match announcement, I was just happy to see Chuck return and fight someone who would be a good match-up for him. After hearing and reading about some of the things Tito has said, I want to see Chuck knock him out worse than the first 2 times.
I don't want to see Couture/Liddell 4 for 2 reasons. It's not only pointless for both guys careers, it just doesn't sell as anything meaningful. Heres 2 guys, who already fought 3 times, who don't really have any issues with eachother. All it is, is basically a fourth fight between two hall of famers both wanting one last run at a title. Its hard not to like both guys, but Tito/Liddell 3 just comes off as a more important fight to me. Randy/Chuck 4 comes off more as a way to make another buck.

Holy shit this has to get under control..
First it was Chuck vs Tito, and Randy vs Franklin.
Then is was Chuck vs Franklin
Then it was Chuck/Tito, and Randy/Franklin again
And now supposedly Chuck vs Couture...
wtf is going on?

Randy is a completely different fighter from the 05 era and Chuck has not changed. This is not only not going to go well for the Ice Man, but it also ruins the first great MMA trilogy. Damn it better be a rumor.

what would happen if Chuck lost his next fight "retired" then went to SF for selling power/huge payday.....Just curious?

I'm not questioning the integrity of the source, but a part of me wonders if this is a false rumor intentionally spread by the UFC? We all know from the last few months in the UFC that fights get made and broken all the time. But considering that supposedly reputable sources say it's Liddell vs Franklin, and the timing of this rumor, I'm thinking its suspect. Guess I'll have to watch TUF to find out . . . just like the UFC wants me to.
Side Note: I want to see the original match-up of Couture vs Franklin.

I guess if you werent a diehard Chuck fan, you are going to bitch in some way about him fighting anybody these days.
I cant wait to see Chuck knock the fuck out of Tito again.
I would also love to watch him fight Randy again because both men dont need to worry about getting titleshots anymore, they are there to put on good fights. Randy VS Chuck would be HUGE on the Brock and Shane card and I want to see it. Chuck is coming back in shape, and Randy is a different fighter than the last time they met as well.
Chuck KO's Randy again.
