I also checked his account yesterday, didn't see it, but when I googled Franklin twitter, in the scrolling box where it shows different twitter followers I read from some random guys twitter account that he was sent this message from Rich, then the entire post was removed.
I see TSN here in Canada is now reporting on the potential rumor as well.

The main event was originally scheduled to be Chuck Liddell vs. Tito Ortiz, but rumors of Ortiz pulling out of the bout and Liddell fighting Rich Franklin have been publicized. UFC President Dana White stated Liddell vs. Ortiz was still on and that Randy Couture would be fighting Franklin, presumably on the same card. If that is the case, the PPV won't break any record but would do well.

If it is a rumor, in order for it to work for the final cards ratings, they are gonna have to keep all this shit a secret for the next several months.
I suspect we'll know all the facts within the next week...hopefully sooner than later.....I hope this wasn't some stupid 3-4 day late April Fools joke.
