Is he fighting heavyweights cuz the lhw's dont want to fight him? or does he want to fight hw's? there has to be a reason.

I'm not sure, but in an interview regardign his training for Cro Cop he stated that he felt great, had so much power and stated that he was very happy with his weight.

bad idea IMO, he is a huge 205 and is a small HW, his frame is pretty small so for him at HW it is just a ton of packaed on muscle, not vrey natural and it looked to have really hendered his speed and recovery.

Like I said before, he would've been better off just fighting Cro Cop at his normal 205 weight as he has KO power at that weight.

Against Barnett, I dunno, Barnett is huge, 242lbs and wil be able to stand with Wand and will decimate him onthe ground. Not looking good but this is Wand and him getting destroyed by Cro Cop does not change the fact that he is one of the best fighters in the world so we will just have to wait and see what happens. They both like wars so hopefully that is what we get.

i highly doubt they would have Wandy fight Barnett, because what if he loses?

then your headliner of your entire Feb show is coming off 2 back to back losses, off the finalists of the OWGP, but 2 losses is still terrible

i always support my Armenian and Russian fighters, but i kinda want Hunt to win this fight. I know it's not likely, but Hunt winning will really fuck up the HW ranking

I'm cheering for Hunt ,too.He's always exciting to watch and would make a good champion.

Cro Cop vs hong man choi, #2 HW in the world vs a 7'-0" giant, not goign to be a very close fight but it is the same matchup as Sylvia vs Monson, that was a co main event, this is a weak undercard and will be more exciting than Sylvia vs Monson.

I think you just disslike PRIDE and are a UFC nuthugger.

I really can't see any basis to think otherwise?

i gave the edge to cro cop against fedor too, but fedor won the stand up and cro cop is better than hunt standing. fedor is the best and the only person i can see beating him is cro cop in there rematch, hes doen the best but as long as he doesnt gas again he could take it...

I presume you are familiar with the adage that defines "assume?"

You've got it all wrong; I am indifferent to UFC, whereas I proudly proclaim

What does Shogun gain from beating Nakamura? And do you actually think Nakamura stands a chance? Please don't use the "it's a fight and anything can happen" argument.

Barnett posses a strong wrestling background, although not as good as Arona. And we saw the results in Arona v Silva. Barnett by submission. If you disagree, then let's have a sig bet. I'd rather see Arona vs Barnett.

Rumored to be an opponent for Nog is Fujita or Yoshida. Again, what does Nog gain from beating Yoshida or Fujita. I'm privvy these fights have the potential to be entertaining, but any Nog fight is. I guess I'm disappointed that Nog will not have the opportunity to avenge his loss to Barnett.

Fedor can end Hunt whenever he decides to.

I am not averse to the lightweights nor mentioned ill-prospects. It's funny how you justify the underdogs in said fights to imply my ignorance in MMA. I was only trying to communicate my disappointment (though i will still order) in this card.

Wouldn't you rather see:

Shogun vs Hunt
Fedor vs Barnett (if barnett wasn't overstrung by the amount of fights he's had this year)
CroCop vs Nog II
Arona vs Yoshida
Hendo vs Kang
Wandy vs Lil' Nog

You don't think these fights are in proportion to their typical events?
