I have been looking all over sites for about a month to find out why Fedor and Roman are not in the absolute tourney anymore. I heard fedor hurt his hand and that might just be a rumor but what happend to Roman

Zentsov was never in the tourny he was an alternate in case someone got hurt and fedor had a buy into the second round pending his hand being ready, his hand was not ready and so they gave that spot to wandi instead of roman because wandi is a much bigger draw and fedor was never officially in the tourny. if one of the other fighters had gotten hurt roman was slated to take their spot.

Fedor had hand surgery, wasn't able to recover in time for the 2nd round, so his spot went to Wanderlei. Roman Zenstov was never in the tourney, his match vs Gilbert Yvel was a non-tourney match.

sick thanks, I jut thought roman was in it, he had a sick fight and i thought he was going to the second round. I was routing for him and fedor, cause my favorite pride fighter got knocked out the tourney, aleksander.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing Roman against someone who isn't past their prime. Even still, he beat Rizzo and Yvel at their own game. (Did he tap Yvel or KO him, he KO'd him right? I know he KO'd Rizzo.)

he ko'd him hella sick. he knocked him down and he was out but the ref didnt stop it so roman was staring at the ref to stop it for like 10 sec then he just hit yvel again while he was out then the ref stopped it.

Roman was rumored to be fighting Edson Drago on this upcoming card, but I haven't heard anything of it recently. I would definitely like to see those 2 slug it out.
