Either one of the Klitschko brothers could handle him with ease. As for MMA, just think how much fun it would be to see him have to deal with Cain Velasquez. Trouble is, I don't think Toney will get to face one of the best young heavyweights, let alone Brock Lesnar.
I've said it before on these forums: Toney is the best in his own mind. That's it. He's still an accomplished boxer, regardless.
