it could work, or it could do bad, but i like your ideas with the up and comers and #1 matches, good idea, i bet a ppv with all 4 belts on the line and the other big draws say 10 fights would be fucking awsome,

I don't see this working, either from a business point of view or a fan's. It bottlenecks so much activity into one event that you almost couldn't help but to stall out developments within the ranks and divisions during other parts of the year.

with the NSAC sanctioning and 16+ shows put on a year by the UFC and more to come under the WEC moniker, we'll never see a supercard because the fighters will all be fighting a lot more now.

I personally wouldn't have it any other way. It can have its downside, but it forces the UFC to come up with enough fights to fill the cards. Ratings will hopefully prevent the accumulation of too many filler fights on each card, and assuming that's the case then having 16+ events a year keeps the blood circulating. Safeguards against stagnation.
At least let's hope that's how it works out.

and if the big name fighters or who ever want to stay active they can go fight on a wec card or somthing just to keep busy , its going to be a nice thing to see once its all worked out and takes effect

couldnt happen. there wouldnt be any title fights for at least 2-3 months if they all fought on the same card.

I do kind of like the idea, but the ppv after would probably be shit.
I'd be more interested in a tournament type idea. I dunno, something like the top 16 in the company, who are willing to do it, fight it out. How great would it be to see for instance, GSP beat Sylvia? It'd never happen, but I've missed out on all the single day tournaments.
