| Ken Pavia Sued For Passing Zuffa Confidential Documents To Bellator Ken Pavia Sued For Passing Zuffa Confidential Documents To Bellator | Steve Rattlesnake Quote:
According Yahoo Sports Kevin Iole, Zuffa has filed a suit against the controversial MMA Agent and the founder of MMA Agents ( a firm that handles MMA fighters) Ken Pavia.
Zuffa claims Pavia passes their confidential and secret documents to rival promotion Bellator for the purpose of helping their business in it’s operations.
According to the suit, Pavia delivered confidential contracts which includes fighter agreements after being asked by Bellator’s founder and CEO Bjorn Rebney on July 4.
Zuffa seeks damages and a permanent injunction barring Bellator and Pavia from using all Zuffa’s assets.

I think Zoofaaa is actually threatened...Never thought they'd sink this low. How exactly did they get these "e-mails"...Pavia wouldn't be dumb enough to send them over a Zuffa outlook enterprise e-mail or from a company phone! Neither would Bjorn...I want to know which fighters as well because it was his fighters I don't see how that makes sense...Monopoly is horrible.

bellator has some good fighters good ufc vets neer and huerta didnt fare too well making the semi's only (huerta) i think. Dana probably wants to shut em down and get some new prospects without having to buy out their contracts.

Really? Trade secrets? Really? Put two fighters in a cage and charge fans $50 bucks? Dana Whites gone "Micheal Jackson" crazy. He sued a little bar too UFC Hits Bar With $640,000 Lawsuit | FreakBits
@pimpslappd Good question. I think that would be unfair and it would hurt the UFC to ban all the top talent. Look at the list of people who would be banned: :: MMA AGENTS :: Although I have been watching Bellator and I have to say that I like the tournament format better then fights organized by a match maker. It takes a tough fighter to win a tournament like that. I'd love to see some of the top talent in a show like Bellator.

Hey, taking over the world cost money, and Hitl- i mean Dana, isn't going to let that little bar slide, what were they thinkin?!
and it's spelled Michael Jackson, assclown.
I'd like to see some of the "top talent" in the Bellator tournaments in a show like the UFC.

Don't think for a second that Ken Pavia passed along confidential Zuffa documents out of the kindness of his heart. If true, I can all but guarantee that he benefited from doing so financially (unless you wanted to argue he was strapped for cash and asked Rebney for sexual favors in return).
The guy tried to make a buck without earning it (and illegally, at that) and got caught. Let him face the music.
