ok, but you can improve and figure a game plan to work for you, rich is a smart fighter with only 2 losses, fedor is not a world class striker but out struck a world class striker in cro cop, y because he is a good striker with good game plans. rich can win

If Franklin comes in with a gameplan designed around taking the fightt to the ground he has a better chance but no gameplan he can devise would give him an edge in the standup.
It will be interesting to see how Franklin comes back, I have always thought he was a hyped fighter due to his record being great but him only fighting Tanner and the crow, niether are world class or even great, just good and he was unable to finish the crow and was dropped by both Tanner and the Crow from a single punch with the crows coming late in the fight after taking a beating that had to have worn him down.
The ground would be Franklin's only chance but even then, it is difficult to forsee Franklin ever defeating A. Silva unless franklin changed training camps and trained with BTT or Chute Box for 5 years.

im not saying rich will comeback and destroy a silva right away but im saying with more training and a better game plan it is very possible for him to do it...

Lyoto for sure
Lyoto beat Sam Greco.. K-1 Kickboxer
Lyoto beat BJ Penn... way better then Franklin, extremely well rounded
Lyoto beat Michael McDonald.. K-1 Kickboxing CHAMP
Lyoto would beat Franklin again, he can handle strikers and can def. outstrike weak chin Franklin, and he can take him to the ground and GnP out avictory.

imo franklin dont have a weak chin, he dont have a great chin but its not weak if it was so weak he would have been knocked out in alot of his fights be he wasnt, his 2 losses come from great fighters no shame in that

Rich Franklin has always been over rated to me.He's good ,but no where near great.I think Lyoto would take this fight again.

I would like to see that fight, McDonald is a fuggin beast, he is K-1's version of Kevin Randleman and they even have the same hair color (or atleast did at times).
I watched a fight with him vs Rick Rufus and McDonald punished him with leg kicks and Rufus was unbable to walk so they had to call the fight.
What about McDonald vs Chuck? I think we would see the fastest double leg takedown in the history of MMA by Chuck.

Not many K-1 Kickboxer can adapt to MMA reaaly fast and that fight was maybe 1st time for him, if my memory was not wrong.

I would like to see a rematch though, after franklin has bounced abck and has some confidence adn a swagger along with some newly aquired training, it should make for a good fight but very hard to forsee anyone in MMA at 185 outstriking A. Silva unless it is 1 punch, I don't think anyone can pick him apart on the feet and the day I see it happen, that will be the new champ and will reign for a very long time (assuming the guy would have a decent ground game).
