This is the type of story that's probably a ton of work, with not a ton to gain, but a story that needs to be told nonetheless.

I apparently have to correct myself. Shine has a promotor's license in VA, however they had not yet acquired a license for this specific event. Sounds like the VA commission didn't approve the tournament and they are looking to move.

If I was a fan wanting to go to this event I wouldn't order my tickets in advance, who knows if the event actually ends up taking place. You can probably just wait till the day of the event and go to the venue to get tickets if it ends up actually taking place.
