Sure Nick is hard to finish but, Paul has the most KO power in the WW division IMO. The guy hits like a truck. I would not be suprised if Semtex KOed Nick. Watch some of Pauls fights if he lands he hurts people. Hell look at what he did to Kampmann (who also is very hard to finish)

This would be a good fight. Seems very marketable. Its easy to say that if it ends in the 1st half of the fight, its probably daley.....2nd half of the fight or a decision goes to diaz.
It doesnt matter what type of jaw you have or who you are, if you get hit correctly on the button, youre going to at least be rocked, if not down. Daley has the aggressiveness and standup skills to be all over diaz if they decide to stand. Its hard to compare robbie lawler to paul daley because their styles and body types differ so much. About the only thing they have in common is power.
Diaz has the accuracy on the feet to stick and move the entire fight if he wants to. The question imo is diaz footwork and mobility standing up. He will have to be much more active to stay out of danger from daley constantly coming forward. If diaz decides to takedown/pull guard or do a flying/rolling sub, I think hell have it. Once the fight goes to the ground, the only thing that will save daley is a standup. On top, daley is explosive but i think diaz will still catch him in a sub.
Diaz should break out the big guns with the trash talk on this one, its clear daley can be put on tilt.
I see more ways for diaz to win this fight. The only way for him to lose is to get rocked on the feet, which is a decent possibility when you consider his attitude.

First, Strikeforce would need to sign Daley and I'm not sure they will.
But IF they do, then that is a fight I would LOVE to see.

I was going to say Nick is to smart for Paul, but rather to experienced to play Pauls game. Paul will be crying Nick wouldn't stand with him after the loss. Thats just my take of it.

"We'll see where I'm at because I'd love to fight Nick Diaz," Daley said.
| Well Paul, WE would like to see you make weight, follow the rules and be a good sportsman if shit doesn't go your way...
On a side note, Nick would get KTFO by Daley.

I honestly believe Diaz is too arrogant and cocky to not stand up with Daley in which I think Daley's power would be too much for him to handle. | Guess you missed Diaz' last fight vs Sakurai. Got the single leg TDD, grounded and pounded, later subbed him.
Daley did look like poop at Shark Fights and deserved to lose that fight. Masvidal is no well skilled wrestler and he easily took Daley down. Masvidal normally fights at 155, and Daley came in overweight and Masvidal still took him down easily. Daley really upset me in his Shark Fights debut. He looked slow, predictable and not only did it look like he didn't improve his shortcomings, but he looked worse.
Hopefully next time he performs better, but I have lost confidence in him. Not to take anything away from Masvidal's performance, which was pretty damn amazing.

Diaz is going to run over KJ and then this fight I wanna see. I'm saying Diaz gets Daley to the ground and schools him for a first round submission win.
