I know, it's a fine line. You risk losing or getting hurt in the tune up fight, but if you don't take that tune up fight you go into a title fight with 17 months off, and ring rust...do you risk taking the biggest fight of your career with 17 months between real competition, and come into that fight fighting like shit????
