Listening to these two talk about each other is like watching the special olympics, one may win at the end of the day, but they're both still retards.

Baroni still is and always will be the less talented retard of the two though, never has some1 been slapped about so many times. He's what 10-7 now and half those wins have come in Bushido tournaments. How he can even think about talking shit after slagging off Lindland and getting wh00ped twice, then doing it to Tanner and gettin wh00ped twice, I just dont know. whats wrong with winning in Bushido? is the talent there so bad that its a disgrace to win?

say what you want about Phil's mentality and skills, but unlike Frank, he has fought everyone that has been set in front of him.

and going to a decision with an Olympic silver medalist twice, as well as a former UFC MW champ, isnt half bad to me. outside of his loss to Sell, none of his losses are bad ones to me.



and the incident with Silva after Shogun/Coleman. silva just ran into the ring, in Coleman's face, started shoving, shouting, etc. phil came in and took Silva down when it was about to come to blows between the other two

I really don't think Frank is ducking anyone. I think he really just hates the UFC and wants to promote organizations that he feels really care about the fighters, ie. small orgs with a small talent pool. If you check his comments at his website, you can just tell that his feelings are genuine, although he is kind of a whackjob. I haven't seen the Youtube vids, and I really don't care to see them. Frank is still one of my favorite fighters to watch.
