on the contrary my friend. i see cain taking this. his hand speed is same if not faster than carwins and we know what happend to brock in that 1st round. brock dont like to be hit, and cain with his speed and mix up is a bad match for brock. and we know he aint gonna gas after the 1st round. taking cain 4th round 3min in by ko or tko

Cain might get taken down a time or two, but his footwork is quicker than Brock's, his strikes are quicker than Brocks, and his MMA wrestling is just as good as Brock's. It's not going to be easy for Brock to take Cain down or to hold him down. This isn't Frank Mir or Heath Herring that he's fighting again.

Brock has the size and strength advantage but Cain is going to make him fight a high paced fight and Brock will tire by the middle of the 2nd round.

I kind of think Cain might surprise alot of people and initiate the grappling game just to wear Brock down quicker.

Cain is going to whip Brock's ass and end it by strikes in the late 2nd or early 3rd. (or at least that is what I think)

I don't know...Brock does have some pretty good cardio...not saying Cain isn't going to win, just don't see Brock gassing out.

I bet 50 lbs of muscle Brock can keep Cain on the ground without too much trouble. one could make the argument also that it is just as difficult to keep a heavily muscled Frank Mir on his back as it is Cain Velasquez. Watch his fights, Brock actually has really good positioning and moves remarkably fast when on top of his opponents.

I have seen nothing from Brock's previous fights or athletic career that would suggest he will gas in 1 and a half rounds.

Cain's hands may be quicker than Brock's, but after seeing how many shots Brock took from Carwin to the head (and we are talking about one of if not the hardest hitting fighter in MMA) I'm kind of thinking...."who cares?" Brock's skull must be lined with 3'' of steel.

I don't care much for Brock at all....it irks me that he is the HW champ. But he is an athletic freak of nature who is an absolute donkey kong inside the octagon.

Brock didn't fight super frank. Frank bulked up after the 2nd fight. And wrestler work to get off their backs where jits guys are comfortable there with use of subs

Ya, when I think to that 2nd Lesnar/Mir fight, I think of how comfortable Mir looked on his back eating lunchbox fists....
