And I think Jones takes Bader in a destroying fashion | Call me crazy, but I'm still in the school of thought that you need to beat some top 10 fighters before you can be considered a top 10. Does Jones appear to have what it takes to be the best LHW in the world? Absolutely. But theres a reason why they have to fight, he has to prove it. Everyone thought BJ Penn was going to kill Pulver in the first fight.
Like I said earlier, I am more impressed with Jones' style then I am with Bader's. But a win over Nogueira is much bigger then a win over Vera or Matyushenko. I think Jones will beat Bader, but to completely neglect the danger his style possesses is an oversight I'm sure Jones will not make, even though plenty of people will write this off as a guaranteed win.

Everyone thought BJ Penn was going to kill Pulver in the first fight. | I am not arguing that at all. You are right. But my point is that Jones couldn't beat a more impressive fighter than Bader has beaten because he hasn't had that chance yet. But as far as Bader goes, he was coming off a win over Jardine...come on. Let's compare their records.
Bader has beat: Nog, Jardine, Schafer, Marrero, Malgalhaes...Shafer being the only good fighter until Nog.
Jones has beat: Matyushenko, Vera, Hamill (even though it was a DQ), O'Brien, Bonnar, and Gusmao.
Jones' route to this fight was much tougher. It is quite obvious that the winner of TUF gets a little preferential treatment...IMO If you consider Lil Nog as a top 10 LHW, then that is who Jones should have fought instead of Bader fighting Lil Nog

I still think Jones and Bader should have gotten a few more fights before going against each other. There are much better and more exciting fights out there for both of them at this point.
I would love to see Jon Jones vs. Rich Franklin or Thiago Silva and Bader vs. Forrest or Rich Franklin

I doubt Jones is going to take this lightly; he's on the rise, and has too much to lose by ill preparation. But Bader's got nothing for him. | Bader is also undefeated (something Jones should also take into consideration). Somebodies gotta lose and yus I consider Jones to be undefeated.

His greco-roman is top notch and I can see him using his speed and explosiveness to his advantage in getting into the clinch and tripping Bader and using his reach to finish Bader with some elbows just like he did against Vladdy. If Jones gets bader down, he is really able to utilize his huge, huge reach in an effective way, and that could be big trouble for Bader.
