|  koscheck becoming overrated?
is it just me or is he better than i give him credit for? imo hes a rookie thats never fought anyone worthy of a title shot. karo would smash him, so would hughes, diego, riggs, definately gsp, guillard, im certain that after jason macdonald beats leben we'll see these two fight and i think jmac will easily defeat him.

He's been overrated and overhyped since day one. He was unimpressive in his last fight and I don't see him going too far in that division without some serious retooling.

Pretty much all TUF guys are overrated except for Diego and Rashad. In Koschecks's case, all he needs is one quality opponent and he will be done. Only reason why the UFC keeps him around is so they can fill the fightcards with some recognizable face. He hasnt showed anything aside from taking people down. The guy is clueless as to what he should do once he gets someone down. He is a can.

All TUF guys are not overrate. Best of the bunch is Diego. Forrest took Tito to the limit and lost a close fight. Leben has only lost to Silva who is a sick fighter.Not to forget about Florian,Swick,and Bisbin. I honestly believe that Rashad is overrated. He can't finish anyone and would surely lose to forrest or bisbin. AS far as koscheck goes he is very new to mma. He has improved and IS a good fighter. Perhaps Jilson was underrated. Besides who has said anything about Koscheck being some amazing fighter. Who is overrating him?

Unimpressive or not, he keeps winning fights. And he is getting better. I would like to see him tested against Diego, or Karo. I think he should have gotten the shot at Diego instead of Riggs, oh well.

You are wrong about Rashad... Rashad' all around game is cleaner and more accurate than Forrest. Just because a fighter does not win by sub, KO or TKO does not mean they are overrated. Forrest is just a dude that likes to bang with sloppy boxing mixed with a decent chin, decent takedown defense and a lot of heart. I like seeing Forrest fight because he makes entertaining fights but he still lacks a lot. We were debating Rashad the other day and Rashad is an excellent wrestler and his boxing is more precise than Griffin's. It'd prob still be an entertaining fight though.

I don't thin Kos is 'overrated'. I think he's rated exactly as he should be -- as an abrasive, B- level, one-dimensional fighter, who's never faced any real competition and who will never hold a title.
