b. he's right. MMA in it's current form isn't a sport. At least not a full fledged sport. For it to be a sport it would need some improvements. A universal and open ranking system being the most obvious. Also one person(Dana) or group in this case(Zuffa) having so much control over the sport without any checks and balances really hurts mainstream acceptance of MMA as a major sport.

how many times do NFL players say its a business and just have to deal with all of the unfair things they have to put up with? y is MMA any different its a product that is sold to the world so in my eyes ya its a business of the sport... this isnt really new UFC has banned tons of sponsors that have gotten people mad this is just another example that will blow over in a few days..
