anyway, i am not interested in a rematch at all. let's just move from this and call a spade, a spade.

Sorry for the ranting, but I've been quiet since the fights, and I've waited to see everyone's reaction before i gave my two cents. I didn't score this fight, because I honestly didn't expect it to go to decision, but as soon as the end bell rang, I had it in my mind that Rampage would win, solely because he's the only one who seemed to push the action for the majority of the fight. But that's not what i think should have happened, it's just what i expected the judges to pick.
As for the next fights, I say Rampage fights Griffin if he beats Franklin. That's a fight he probably wants bad, and I think it will motivate him to be the Rampage we all love, or love to hate. But I think Dana will throw him at the loser of Shogun and Evans.
Machida will probably get someone from the jones bader fight. most likely the loser as a tune up fight, if it can be called that. I think Bader and Jones both beat Machida. If they use their takedowns and keep them down they can grind him out.
And if there is a huge demand for a rematch then go for it. I just hope it's not as slow as the first one, and somebody steps up to finish it. | Please tell me why in THE HELL would Rampage be forced to fight anyone else other than Bader/Jones if not Shogun (a fight im sure he also wants).
Lets also take in to account that Page also said he had no desire of fighting Griffin again after his embarrasing loss to A.Silva?
Considering Page was rank 4th I believe in lhw why would should he step down in competition right now to fight Franklin/Griffin?

And to be honest, Page coming back from a lengthy break, losing to evans and then winning a decision a lot of people think he lost doesn't put him ahead of two other good former champions with two quality wins in a row. But thats my opinion. I don't think there's an opponent for Page right now that i would be upset with. I just think Page and Franklin would be an awesome fight. And I'd be more happy to see him fight Griffin again then Evans.

Page could have been joking. Did he not say that on Twitter of all things?
I actually think a Forrest / Page rematch makes more sense than any other fight even though I would like to see him against Bader or Jones. The UFC won't risk either of them getting a loss before the winner of those 2 gets a title shot so maybe the loser of Bader / Jones gets Page.
I would like to see Rampage against Forrest just because their first fight was the fattest I have ever seen Rampage in my life and I know he can beat Forrest 9 times out of 10.

Jones/Bader I could see making a match there. My guess is the UFC will give the winner of this one a title match though rather then risk derailing their rise up the ladder.
You'd think Rampage would want that chance to avenge his loss to Forrest whether he loss to Anderson or not. either way he lost to Forrest and not really his place to act like this is a step down for him.
Franklin and him would make the most sense to me next to a Machida rematch. There both coming off a mix of wins and losses and looking to establish a spot at the top. Not really a step down for him to fight Franklin in my book (assuming of course Franklin wins his next one)
