Rogan talking about Rios and the reasons behind "Faggotgate".

Can't say I agree with some of the stuff he said about why he chose to call the guy a fag but the stuff he talks about respecting the fighters and how any1 whose competed generally has that level of respect for fellow fighters does ring true.

I enjoyed most of what Rogan said here.

I particularly liked his explanation on the meaning of the word "faggot" and about the context in which he used it. I don't see this as back pedaling but rather an honest explanation, and I agree 100% with him.

First names that come to mind are Josh Gross, Ariel Helwani and Dave Meltzer.

I listen to every podcast he does and am a huge fan. That being said he shouldn't call people faggots, regardless how he feels about that person. The word has been historically used to insult and degrade a group of people, naturally it wont be well received. Also, cock sucker in that context is much more effective lol.

Ariel Helwani stands out to me as the top guy.

He just seems to get it right every time. He doesn't avoid the tough questions but he puts everything across clearly and politely.

One of the few who comes across as a legitimate journalist.

About Tomas "I love dick" Rios, he is a piece of shit, I am very happy that he got fired from Shitdog and the other place where he worked.
He cant realize that MMA is a sport where anything can happen, where upsets happen all the time, he bashes fighters, and say that X fighter will obviously demolish Y fighter ina couple of minutes. Everyone has his predictions but to be a journalist and openly say these kind of things is just dumb.
