Latest Top Ten Rankings Question Alright, I have a question. It seems odd to me that Mamed Khalidov is considered a top ten MW. I understand that the guy stopped Jorge Santiago and that is no small task but he got beaten soundly in a rematch. It seems to me that there are much more deserving fighters in the division. Hector Lombard, Robbie Lawler, and even maybe Leben. SO my question is, and I only as because I respect the opinions posted here, am I off base? Does this guy belong and I am just missing something? |
agreed. lombard would smash him within the first. |
An even better question would be why Santiago is ranked anywhere near the top 10. And what about Mousasi being ranked but King Mo and Feijao not. |
Gentlemen, pay no attention to those rankings. They aren't the rankings you're looking for. They were made by putting a list of names on the walls of a room and letting monkeys fling poo. Who ever got the most "hits" wins. rh |

:laughing4:Aha! The secret ranking process revealed |
Only poo-flinging could result with Lesnar still ranked as the #2 HW in the world. |
i think santiago is top ten, but thats just me. |
Andrei Semenov, Jeremy Horn, Sean Salmon, Trevor Prangley, Yuki Sasaki, Logan Clark, Siyar Bahadurzada, Kazuhiro Nakamura, and the 4 against Misaki and Khalidov. Those are Santiago's wins since being KOed back-to-back by Leben and Alan Belcher. How is that the resume of a top 10 MW? |
