Is the James Toney you are talking about here is the famous professional boxer I am thinking? Maybe that's why, I never heard from him again fighting in boxing coz his already in mma. I guess, I will get excited to see how he apply he's boxing skills in mma. sorry, only now that i have known.

This is one of the goofiest threads ever.

In his one fight in the UFC, Toney got absolutely schooled by Couture. Randy took him down by one of the most off-hand, disinterested singles that I've ever seen, and proceeded to mess around for a while, before popping his leg out, and choking the F out of Fat Toney.

It would be an absolute travesty for the UFC/Dana to coerce an MMA fighter who just beat Machida, one of the best LHW's on the planet, to fight a guy with zero MMA game. Zero.

Zero is a good number, actually- - it's the chance I give this "fight" of actually happening; it's the chance Toney has against any C-level + MMA fighter; and it's the value of this thread.

Wow, that's really a bad beat that he got there. I hope I could get to watch that fight. I seem to agree with you there, he should have practice also some martial arts before entering MMA, not just boxing. It won't work in MMA, if only boxing is the move you know.
