Whats the likelihood of this ever happening? I wish Tony would just stop with this hype BS. He is like a Fat Chael sonnen with a speech impediment and horrible grammer. Hope that isn't considered fighter bashing -_-

you said it perfectly but I think this fight, unlike the couture fight, would be interesting to watch. rampage likes to bang, but if he stood in there with toney he would get KTFO. he would have to try to use his wrestling to beat him.

James Toney hasn't KO'd anyone in 7 years. His last KO in under 15 min was 9 years ago. I bet Rampage could get an armbar in this fight if he wanted to, but more likely he would just slam Toney and pound his face in.

But I don't think this fight is going to happen in the UFC, Toney's first fight was an embarrassment. The man just wants to get paid.

the difference there though is that chael sonnen is actually a great mma fighter and top tier title contender. toney is just saying this shit to try and get bouts that he has no business having because hes a broke fuck.

Theres no way this fight will happen and I'm glad. I would hate for them to waste a Rampage fight on Toney. Rampage would rip him apart, but I'd rather see Rampage fight a ton of other people. Toney would have to work his way back up to get even an entry level fight in the UFC at this point and thats just not gonna happen. The most he'll get out of this little stunt is possibly a beating in public if he runs into Rampage somewhere.
