I thought the event was okay. Not that the fights weren't good, I just wasn't really on the edge of my seat for much. Jim Miller getting the submission was exciting.
The main event was great to watch though. Good to see GSP go back to his roots.
Unforunately, Koscheck lost that fight before he stepped in the cage. He came out tentative, and once he got taken down his will was broken for the rest of the fight. Then GSP landing the jab over and over again causing the eye to swell up sent Koscheck into survival mode. Sadly, Koscheck gave him a better fight when they first fought and GSP was the tentative one in that fight (coming off the Serra loss).
Not that we ever would, but it is safe to say we won't see Koscheck/GSP ever again.
After GSP beats Shields (which I absolutely believe he will put on the same striking clinic on him that he did with Koscheck, though Shields might get finished), he really needs to figure out what his next move is.
