Am I the only person who finds humor in playing out this trial in his mind???

I mean, "The Prosecution would like to call Michael Mardones aka Layzie the Savage."

or

"Document A is post #17526 where Layzie the Savage states, "Mayhem will get raped."

Sorry, but I find this whole thing pretty funny.

Nick Diaz said on tape that he would move up to fight at 185 and was waiting for someone to call him out. And it was Diaz and his boys jumping Mayhem in the octagon. So Mayhem calls out Nick and what does Nick do? Go back on his word about fighting someone at 185. If this isn't a big fight, I dont know what is.

If you are a celebrity of Mayhem's status and some guy who tried to diss on you online, then meets you in person and keeps saying he wants to chat one on one with the cameras off...FUCK THAT.

That is when you get ambushed and robbed or shot or stabbed.

In the clips it looked like Mayhem was smiling and laughing....but at the same time....that's how he fights.

The best videographers in the business know one thing.....how to stay quiet and know your role. If this isn't a publicity thing, then I foresee this videographer getting blackballed from real fight events and some gyms. Especially if he comes to a place where Mayhem works....he is bringing in business to this gym and this guy with a camera shouldn't even have the right to speak in a gym.

He was there to film and that's all he should have done.

ummm I didnt see any assault in the video. I hope this Layzie character decides against trying to sue Mayhem, because he's gonna burn down some bridges and lose a ton of face. All I see is a guy that talked a ton of shit online and had the opportunity to say it to his face but about pissed his pants when his hat got sideswiped off his head and he was aggressively told to leave the building.

Charges wont stick, sorry. That's not even petty assault nor Simple Battery for that matter.

I love that this happened, it only strengthens the case for a Diaz v Miller fight and it provided me with 30+ pages of flaming LayzieTheSavage and all of his 209'ness on the UG.

Not leaving and sticking around while Mayhem gets his bb was asking for trouble imho.
